Elegant 1960s formal gown in a deep raspberry pink faille fabric. It has a very "Jackie O" look - sophisticated. It has a boat neckline, and a fitted bodice with princess seams. The top is actually an attached jacket with closes in the back. I love the petal shaped curves in front. There is a flat bow in back with very long tails and two pleats on either side of the bow. It closes with a metal zipper up the back. The bodice is lined and the skirt is not. Made by The House of Bianchi, well known for beautiful formal and bridal gowns. The fabric looks like silk but I tested it and it is either a silk blend or synthetic. It has a beautiful sheen. The gown is in very good condition with the exception of some light colored stitching on the bodice that is showing through to the right side. I have pictured it. It would be fairly easy to have that fixed. MeasurementsShoulder 15"Waist 25"Bust 34"Length 55"
