These can be worn folded over and have a 16 inch shaft that hits just under the knee. Or you can wear these with the fold up and these will go over your knee with the shaft being 19.5 inches. Slouchy shaft that accommodates a wider calf. These are in excellent condition. Minor color transfer along the tops of the folds as shown in last photo.
