I conditioned these shoes along with a pair of Cole Haan's that I just listed. I love Cole Haan shoes but there is a huge difference in the quality of Leather used by Magnanni. It's thick yet supple. It looks and feels fantastic. I completely understand what drives the difference in price points between the two brands. These shoes are in VGUC with no specific call outs (just normal wear). Full Leather uppers & lining. Just incredible shoes. These came with replacement insoles; Protalus T-100, which appear to run ~$60. I will say, they feel wonderful. But, as always, you can swap out your own insoles if desired. Please review all photos for signs of aging, discoloring, distressing, markings/flaws, due to wash, wear and aging.
